Refund policy

Refunds and returns are not accepted at this time unless there is an error on our behalf. Exchanges can be made if the item is in stock, via local pickup or if shipped. If the item was shipped, you are responsible for return shipping and any additional shipping charges. If the item was picked up locally, please email to arrange exchange and pickup. Please look over the invoice before finalizing payment to make sure the item and information is correct. Thank you so much!
